Hi,
I am considering exchanging my Diesel N/A with a 200TDI. The major problem is that I am from Germany and the 200TDI is about the rarest and most sought-after engine on the continent. Those you can find are either extremely expensive or have run 200.000 miles +. The 300TDI would work as well. There are more 300TDIs available, but the prices are roughly the same as for the 200TDIs.
My idea was to search for a workshop in GB that would sell and fit my Landy with a 200TDI (plus all the parts like turbo, radiator, fuel injection, etc.). So the plan is driving over and wait until the work is done. The time could be spent by visiting some distillery or brewery, right?
Found one garage in Wales. Any other ideas who might be able to do it?
