n 300 tdi

have had this 96 300 tdi fo 15 months spent more time under it than driving it but i dont mind that what do you expect for a beast of its age most niggles ive had have been a joy to repair now ive got no clutch adjustment at the pedal any suggestions before i start to strip it down too far

The 300 Tdi has a hydraulic clutch and is not adjustable in the way a cable operated clutch is .
The system is self adjusting as far as I know and there is no provision for adjustment either at the pedal or slave cylinder.
What problem are you having ?

Clutch actuator arms probly bent/snapped at the pivot. or master cylinders bust.

you have checked the fluid aint yer

maybe a slave cyl push rod problem. also leaking seals in the slave or the master.
after that it starts to get more involved and more expensive, ie clutch or gearbox problem.

also check the selectors though, these give problems fairly regular.
