Hi. I have a Range Rover P38 1996 4.0 SE Automatic, many time when i pres the break pedal the light of TC ABS and hand break show up in a dash. What is that???? Dose not do every time that i pres the break pedal but this happen very offten.
 
It's a cryptic warning message about break pressure, caused if the brake accumulator isn't holding enough pressure. Ideally, the pump should run every few brake presses to top up the accumulator and it then does the braking. If the accumulator goes the pump (which could also be struggling) has to do all the work.
When you start the car from cold after a gap, for how long does it take the 3 lights to go out?
 
From cold if the car has been stood a while it can take up to 40 seconds for brake warning lamps to go out. ABS lamp will not go out until car is moving. If they come on as you press the brake. Low fluid is the favorite. Switch ignition on, wait for ABS pump to stop, then fill to max line on tank. DO NOT TOP UP UNTIL PUMP HAS RUN AND STOPPED.
 
No break waring llamp go out about 3-4 second after i start the car, and ABS go out when the car move. Could be the break fluid that have to be changed????? or i just have to refill that???

You do not get a warning if fluid needs changing. You need to check it for moisture content. It is most possibly low, check the level as described earlier.
 
Mine is doing the same, started doing this at weekend :-(

I have bought a new brake light switch as that was faulty, checked all fuses relays and fluid levels

I'm now suspecting I need a new accumulator, or maybe a faulty ABS sensor but I would need someone that can read the faults as I don't own the fault code reader
