when you write that link, put img before and /img after, so it shows he pic on the thread, between brackets like this

Code:
 [ img ] link [ /img ]
without the spaces

my next task at the weekend is threading the new loom thru chassi thats going to be fun and if i get chance sort the rear axle out get it stript down blasted

to thread the loom i used a length of twin and earth house main wiring as its flexible enough to bend but stiff enough to go straight down the chassis without bunching up, then when it gets to the other end, pull it through the hole (may take a bit of effort) and i worked front to back as it seemed easier. once its through the hole, make sure the loom is well protected and fix the loom to the piece of wire you origionally threaded, then just simply and CAREFULLY pull the loom through the chassis. job done.

don't put the loom through the Chassis, it just makes it more awkward to get at if you want to make any changes or repairs at a later date.

Run it through some conduit along the top of the chassis

Mine is cable tied to the chassis - this suits me as I intend to strip out the unused wires one day (when it's warm and dry).

just a quick update had a few hours on it today axle has been cleaned up and painted red also fitted the challenge rear relocation cones from adrenaline 4x4 and sat the tub on so not got far but its a start

at the moment finding it hard to spend time on it with work being mental with crimbo but got a few days planned off and will soon get it rolling ready to put my current runabout onto the rolling chassi
does any 1 no if you have to have it vic or dvla checked once you have done the rebuild i have saved my receipts and doing pics as i go to prove but it wont have a chassi number on it as new chassi .. i was thinking of cutting the old chassi leg off the old chassi to prove the numbers etc wat do you think engine numbers and gearbox numbers match logbook or can you have them professionly stampt ?
