Hi i have recently bought a 2004 freelander TD4, I seem to have a problem there is a rumbling sound from the rear end when i go round corners. This only seems to happen when i have been driving for a while, has anyone got any clues:(:(:(

Best thing to do is say hi in the introduce yerself section, then post this in the freelander section.
or else you may get pounced on and ribbed.
I would never rib a FL driver because my piggie won't let me:(

:welcome2:to the madhouse was gonna say tyres but I don't know if the TD4 had the same problem other than that prop bearing's or bushes need changing prop flage oil seal
all i ca think of at the mo

Sounds like rear wheel bearings. Is it worse when turning one way or the other? If so, even more likely it is a bearing gone.
