My FL1,Td4's 3-door, rear hatch door window is loose.

I have a problem with my 2005 Td4. The rear door glass seems loose, to the point where it catches the plastic framework as the door closes, before automatically rising to complete a seal. The glass is prevented from motioning upwards to complete its movement because it comes into contact with the plastic frame. My fear is that something will break.

The glass window on the rear gate easily flaps backwards & forwards, when opened. Almost as if there is something worn inside that allows the window to be loose.

Might there be a simple answer? I hope so.

There are window guides in the door , one-of which has come loose, take off the door card and investigate

Thanks. I followed your instructions and tightened the 2 bolts. they were a bit rusty but once removed, lubed and tightened it worked.
