My 1st freelander td 4

Looking for any advice, whilst draining the gearbox oil on my freelander TD4 2006 I have realised that the two pipes coming from what looks like a small radiator seem to be blocked.

Any advice on what I need to do to fix?

what makes you think they are blocked,auto box ?

Manual box, tried air compressor and nothing blowing through?

The two pipes are coolant pipes, if you take one off and take the cap of the res coolant should run out.
