MOT rules for rear facing seats

Hi
Does anyone know if i need seat belts for my rear facing seats, the landy is 1981 ffr but registerd in 1991. ive looked online and cant seem to find a straight answer

Think that rear facing dong need them
Best bet is go to your local tester and just ask
