Sure the topic of greasing props has been mentioned 1000 times but ive just bought a new wide angle morris bailey rear prop for my 200tdi 90 defender and it only has 2 grease nipple (1 on each UJ) which has surprised me as i thought it would have one also on the slider itself.
It also does not appear to have the rubber screw cap for the slider to prevent water entering as my old one does so i am not completely sure how normal this.
Is there anyone who has a Morris Bailey prop that can comment whether this is ok or would it be worth contacting the supplier to double check on everything supplied to me.
Ideally i do want to sort it out as quickly as possible and get the new prop on but not seeing a grease nipple on the slider has thrown me a bit.
For this, would you just pull apart the slider and lubricate by hand?
thanks
