Monks path?

Anyone know if this is open or not, Powys C/C website don't have an online 'definitive map' and trailwise (Powys advise using trailwise) don't show it . I've googled it and got varying results some saying it's permanently closed and others saying it was temporarily closed until 20th May ???

So any ideas?:confused2:

Monks Trod, realistically this will never open again, probably for the best really as its not a sustainable route, did it about 20 years ago and it was a mess then.
