Hi all,
Been under my 110 td5 CSW on the weekend giving it liberal doses of Dinatrol ML and Waxoil when I noticed a hole in the Bell housing which looks like it should have a bolt in. I have searched on-line for pictures and for a parts break down but to no avail. Can anyone help?

Thanks for replying Turboman. I thought it might be but there is a lower square headed plug that looks more like a drain?

The TD5/R380 bellhousing seems to have quite a variety of holes and bungs in it. Mine does. If I were doing a lot of wading I'd plug them all, but for everyday life it doesn't hurt to give it a bit of fresh air.

On another point, your clutch slave cylinder looks very wet over there to the left. Is it leaking, or have you just been bleeding it?

Looks like my typical weekend viewing.
Agree about the slave cylinder if the seals are shot the thing can leak inside and then the drains are necessary, also if you have a weep from the crank shaft seal it ends up in there.

Thanks Brown, just checking there wasn't a vital part missing.
Will check the slave cylinder and hoses as it does look a bit wet.
