OK so had a lot of misfires, mostly on idle and low rpm. Code 0190 showed when scanned but didn't give much detail. Could this be Injectors, fuel pump or fuel pressure sensor that's causing this?
Attach pics may help

google sais .. 'fuel rail pressure sensor.'
i suggest you give the plug pins a good clean 'n see if it improves.
water ingress to that connection is a known issue ..
LR does provide an updated connector.

Gave it a good clean with contact cleaner and no improvement sadly. Do you have a link for the updated one?

this is a good product to use on electrical connectors .. ..

in that case it may be the fuel-rail sensor itself, that needs replacing.

[ it has been known for corrosion to appear in the harness wiring itself
[ i.e. pre upgrade types ..

ps .. the supply to that sensor is only 5v ..
in operation it can drop to a use of millivolts ...

btw: if you replace the fuel rail sensor .. see post no.13 here , with 'fitting diagram' pic attached.

i.e. probably easier to install the type, that does not need the copper washer .. imho.
