Hi All, hope you are all having a great day and enjoyed the recent good weather (UK). I have a 1987 LDV90. (Old Blue) I have recently had a new clutch installed and at the same time, due to a leak I replaced the slave cylinder with a very cheep britpart AS07. Since its now back on the road I have noticed at speeds about 30mph I get a slight crunch from 4th to 3rd. Everything else is sweet. I put in a short shift kit and adjusted the springs to balance but the slight crunch is still happening. I have had another look at the old slave and it has stamped on it S 08. Could this be the cause of my problem? would just removing the spacer gasket resolve the issue? Or do I just get a new one? The internet searches are not being kind so hope you experts can help. Thanks, Comments appreciated.
