Maybe not stolen but definately dodgy

I am not suggesting that this is stolen, but there is something distinctly dodgy about it, and there is no way on earth this can be tax exempt.

How can it be tax exempt if it's got a lot of tax left on it? Doesn't make sense to me.

Not only that, but the reg no is a 1972 plate, but he says it is built on a Discovery 1 chassis and running gear.

Don't know about it being dodgy or stolen etc,accept if you have a tax exempt car
you still have to have a valid tax disc, it's just you don't pay for it.
