Marine blue paint

Does anyone know if there is any companies who could supply marine blue two-pack paint.

I know someone who can spray this, however they can't get that particular colour.

I asked at a local body shop and they said that they don't use any flat colours anymore. Everything they use now is metallic based.

Failing that, is the conventional paint that Paddocks spares sell any good?

For a series you will find that the marine blue Paddocks supply is the wrong shade of blue. I tried it and it is like the early Boingy blue a lot darker shade.
Try google The Paint Man. He is Wolverhampton based and supplies the correct shades in several paint formats.

A proper paint supplier will mix any colour you want. The one I use you can take in a sample panel and they mix it up, though all Land Rover colours are no prob as they sell Land Rover spares too. (Morleys in Derby)

Thanks for the replies. Owl, Can the supplier you mention in Derby do a two-pack paint? How much would it cost?

Don't know about cost but yes to two pack. There must be a paint supplier near you get on google. no good going to a body shop they are all water based so you need an oven.

I have family in Derby which I might be seeing soon. Also, prices would probably be cheaper round there compared to London.
