Exhaust manifold - mine's looking very rusty and the zorst pipe is attached but not bolted. Doesn't seen to blow though! I suspect the studs may not allow a nut to be tightened on to them. Can these still be purchased new? I'm not desperate for one but having done a swift search around I'm beginning to wonder if nobody manufactures these anymore? Anyone selling these?

Thanks for the reply - sorry, I should have made it clearer! i've just edited my post to make it clearer. It's the 'zorst manifold :)

its the zaust fanimould im on about they can be reskimmed or welded ive done this for a few old classics ive had in the past if its warped it is just the same to get cast iron skimmed the same as aluminium there is the other option of finding someone to make a stainless one instead :D:D:D

**** i should ave read it while awake what id do is take the manifold off and get it sandblasted then drill the studs out of it and use stainless nuts n bolts instead once sandblasted give it a liberal coat of this Amazon.co.uk: black stove polish this stuff will keep the rust at bay and withstand heat up to 2000 degrees and looks the bizniss when its done

stainless wont be good becomes brittle under excessive heat and can sheer off
