LT77,what oil to use?

As above really,Wanting to change the box oil in my 93 RR classic and the handbook (which is a few years old) says dexron2 but i've heared a few people say that landrover don't recommend that anymore and have replaced it by somthing else.Even more confusing my mate went to bearmach for some box oil for his 91 disco and he got something called Mtf (landrover branded).What should i be using?

ATF Dexron 2 or 3 is fine. MTF94 was specified for the later R380 gearboxes, from about 1996 IIRC.
