My LT230 transfer box center diff lock is working intermitently does any one have any ideas or things to try before i strip it down. The lock can be engaged while off road but its hit and miss if it works????? I'm quite new to the off roading game so any help would be apreciated.:doh:

check the linkage ,there are 2 plastic bushes that wear in pivot of lever ,pivot can also be adjusted to ensure it is fully engaged ,if switch for diff lock light near diff lock shaft on box is wound too far in it can stop selector moving into lock even though cab lever moves as selector is operated by pressure put on a spring
