I have just started lt77 strip as worn shaft the usuall. I was apprehensive as the special tools ect but it all went easy no problems I was shocked I was expecting problems. That's removing the collar and 5 gear wheel. I used this puller cost about £25 from tool zone
This worked well no need for tools costing £ 200 for this £150 for that. I hope this will help some one. I used a makita impact gun its 1000 n one doing it with a ratchet would make you feel how tightly that collars on but not impossible. This puller set has got 2 legs that are bend at 90 at the end made taking off the 5 gear a stroll in the park.if your going to do a lt 77 box buy this it will save you a fortune.
