Hi. I am Don Park, living in Central Norway, (UK ex-pat), and a Land Rover enthusiast, after 17 years in the army, (a long time ago). Living here in the winter makes a 4WD a necessity, and I don't think anything can beat a Land Rover. In saying that, I had the first Freelander sold in Norway, and it was a nightmare, but anyone can make a mistake.....
Being new on here, I am unsure of how to ask a question, so I have attached it below. I apologise if it's in the wrong place.
I am considering buying a Series 3 109 Station Wagon, (diesel), but apparently it jumps out of 3rd & 4th gear. Anyone out there who can advise what causes this, and if it is difficult to fix? Thanks.
