Hi folks. I have a problem with my LPG system. It is a Lovato Easy Fast multipoint system injection. First problem is that have dificulties to start at morning. I have changed the temp sensro of the range but the same problem... When i switch off i hear a beep from the lpg switch 3 times... The second problem is when i press gas pedal to 2000-3000 rpm and then let the pedal imediatly the rpm shake all the time from 1000 rpm to 1700 rpm...
 
Cold starting should be on Petrol and the switch over should occur once the coolant is warm enough to keep the LPG vaporiser from freezing up....

My guess would be your idle control valve (sometimes called an Idle Air Control valve)...but considering you haven't given us an engine type (GEMS or THOR) or a model year...it would be difficult to give you any idea of what to look for!

As for the rpm rising and falling - can only think this is the Idle Control Valve operating to prevent the engine from stalling.
As for the beeping...no idea, may need LPG diagnostics to see if there is a fault in a sensor somewhere no idea!
 
My rangie is 4.6 gems. The problem of starting in the morning happen when i use my rangie with lpg... if i use on petrol only some time the problems go away.... The rpm problems my car make only in lpg not in petrol so is not a engine problem at all. I think is a lpg system... in petrol my car run fine no problems with rpm or difficulties to start if i use only with petrol. I think that the lpg system dose not close the injector after i turn off my car....
 
It needs a service. Some systems (including mine) will give 3 audible beeps when it's ready for a service - usually a pre-defined mileage - circa 20k miles.
 
This sounds like a blocked LPG solenoid.

I had the same problem on my Saab.
Changeover at cold would give a misfire that would eventually clear when the vehicle warmed up.
The LPG solenoids do need an occasional clean.
On mine ( with engine not running), I would disconnect the LPG pipe to the "injection" solenoids, and squirt in some carb cleaner or petrol, reconnect the pipe and take it for a drive.

The petrol or carb cleaner will wash out the deposits in the solenoids.
 
Yes.. was a problem with a fuel mixture he said... Was more gas that the car need... what he say in fact.... After reseting and re-calibrating with ecu all was normal for a week... After that week the problem was still present... Could be a LPG ECU problem??? Or vaporizer problem???
 
Could be the O2 sensors in the exhaust?
Check for the response of these sensors.

Some LPG kit will self adapt too far in closed loop applications.
