L322 Lower rear wishbones

Hello all,been away with poor health but back again to pick your brains.
2004 L322 vogue td6 motor.
She failed on nearside rear lower wishbone bushes. I've bought a new complete lower wishbone but should I also change the offside wishbone as well? Just it says in rave BOTH lower front bushes should be changed at same time

No expert, just opinion..
The other side might not be far behind it..
Do you need to do alignment afterwards? If so, then replace and do one alignment instead of 2?
Are you doing it yourself? If so you might do one at once to minimise downtime, otherwise all the garage to do both and it's only off the road once

Best change both and it will need alignment.
