Ok I have an odd for you all hope someone can point me in the right direction.
My Defender 200tdi 1993 has developed a horrible squeaking/squealing noise whilst driving sounds like some sort of rotating part that perhaps has gone dry poss. a bearing maybe? It only does it at lower speeds (up to about 30ish) while driving, I cannot get it to do it while stationary no matter how hard I rev it (so not belts) neither does it do it when you press the clutch in and it stops when you get to a decent speed (40+ish)
Now I have thought about it being the clutch bearing but before I pay an arm and a leg to get it replaced I thought I'd pick your brains in case there was an alternative I hadn't thought of, any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers Guys

Propshaft U/J probably. Soon if you're lucky you'll notice some vibration at certain speeds. Then if you're unlucky and you haven't fixed it one of your props will let go and do some damage.
