Hello All Land Lovers!!
Question for anyone who can help solve this mystery. 2015 Range Rover Sport HSE showing low battery please start engine. I had the main battery replaced and the console still showed same message. I even had to have the car jumped off several times. I went to dealership because I was told i needed an auxillary battery. the mechanic at dealership told me the aux battery only controls the start/stop function (gas saver) I told him, I didn't even use that function. he connected vehicle to computer and did a reset and checked to make sure it wasn't alternator. the message went away for 2 days. on day 3 my car is now dead again, had to do several jumps. I took car to another shop near me and had them disconnect the auxillary battery all together..still car showing low battery please start engine, I decided to go ahead and buy aux battery, so now I have 2 brand new batteries in my truck and it is still saying LOW BATTERY PLEASE START ENGINE..and it's not the alternator. there is something drawing and draining the battery even after the reset, has anyone went through this? Is it a fuse? Can someone please shed a light on this situation
