Loud turbo whistle

300tdi,
My turbo has started whistling quite loud all of a sudden under load,
Can't replicate it without a load so I can't tell exactly where it's coming from and all the pipe joints are tight.
Minimal play in the turbo but a little bit of oil, about the same as all the other 300tdis ive had though

I might be imagining it but it seems to be abit quicker now too.

I had a "split turbo hose" noise, took a while to track it down, turned out to be the horn wire had rubbed through one of the fins on intercooler.

My 300tdi whistles when the revs get up. The boy in me quite likes it.
