Finally after many years of wanting one i've taken the plunge and got a 1978 swb series 3 diesel.
Good news is it runs, chassis seems sound and it stops
However it was left for around 6 months and got broken into, so i'm in need of the following before I can get it MOT'd:
Driver and passenger door mounted mirrors
Driver side door top inc glass
Dash (clock) surrounds
Full lock set (ignition barrel, drivers door lock, passenger door lock and rear door lock)
Can anyone recommend some breakers, or good places to try online? I really could do with the microfiche with part numbers and a good service manual too!
The tyres have also seen better days, apparantly it has lwb wheels on which are bigger?
Either way I like these:

I assume they'll fit straight on?
Can anyone recommend some allterrain tyres for these at a budget price?
I'm sure i'll have a load more questions, and I appreciate any advice any of you can give!
