loss of power under load,help

My landrover freelander 1.8 petrol,was lossing power under load after a long run and now it will start but soon as you rev it quick it die's off until it cuts out,if you take it slow it sometimes will rev up .its had new coil,fuel filter,the main coil lead,checked the fuel is up to the manifold,timeings checked wire's you name it i have checked. can anybody help.

Not to up on 1.8 petrols but I have had problems on other fuel injected cars.
Losing power under load sounds like either a clogged fuel filter or a faulty fuel pump or a faulty fuel regulator.
Hopefully one of the above will cure the problem.
