Longer rear seat belts?

Is there such a thing as longer rear seat belts available for a Disco 1?

Mine only just, at a squeeze, fit around my daughters child seat. But not in the way intended for the seat.

I believe you can buy extensions for seatbelts (effectively a buckle at one end which your existing seatbelt clips into, and the other end is just a standard male end of a seatbelt) which are useful for child seats.

Although personally I'd look to get one from a known brand - being as it's a seatbelt holding your little one in!

Thanks, I never knew stuff like that was available.

I've found one that goes on the other end, at the anchor point, and ordered one of those. £7.50, bargain!

To lazy to search, try BTR736LNF. But Halfords, Amazon even e.bay have seat belt extensions for sale just Google.

we got several different types, one with a length of webbing which is about 25cm of extension and 2 just buckle length ones. All off ebay for about £3 a piece.

Makes getting baby carriers and kiddy seats in a heck of a lot easier, with no more "I cant find the buckle" arguments

Not too lazy but more couldn't find what I was after. However managed to get hold of what I wanted rather than extending buckle end which would cause trouble with safety on the child seat.
