when i have fitted them to the bumper could i wire them into my full beam lights?

would this overload the fuse on the full beam?

i do have the switches for the dashboard as well but would sooner use them on the main beam if possible.

I would suggest using a relay with a line from your full beam to activate relay, then it's basically on its own circuit meaning you won't over load the full beam
