Hi all,1998 Defender 90 sudden front light failure. The dip/ main beam lever has been a little suspect of late with the beam slipping back to dip quite often.
If I push the leaver forward the main beam comes on but it won’t stay there so the light go off. Initially the front side lights were still on but have now gone off. Otherwise vehicle starts and drives as normal.
Does anyone recognise this problem ?
It may just be a broken switch on the dip/ main beam lever.
