Lift Blocks

Ok this is likely to be a question which has been asked many times but here we go.
I am making some 2 inch lift blocks for my defender 110. To seat between axle and spring cups etc.
I have already fitting a terrafirma 2 inch lift kit shocks and springs etc and fitted longer brake lines and cranked arms.
If I was to fit the lift blocks would I have and major problems? All I think I will loose is 2 inch of travel in my rear shocks.
What does everyone else think.

fitting lift blocks and Plus 2" springs gives you +4" so you need +4 shocks on fronts and same on back or use -2" lowered shock mounts on the rears.

Blimey this sounds like it could get complicated. I was hoping just to stick them in.
Right need to look for shocks.
