Depending on how bad it is may just need spark plug tap running through it
Or
Need room to drill, tap and helicoil kit.

I'd try repair tap first- with piston out of way

I have this coming! PRO SPARK PLUG RE-THREAD REPAIR KIT 14mm - HAND GARAGE TOOL RE THREAD 2232 | eBay with any luck it can be done in place! If not I'll have to remove heads and #### about :violent: :violent::violent::violent::violent::violent::violent::violent::violent::violent::violent::violent:

Hard to say without seeing it, mostly a repair tool will clean threads- unless beasted

on the agreement that I will give it best shot at your risk-if it won't play then head will have to come off.
 
Wrong pitch tool
Moved dip stick tube and managed to get plug in.
