leaking power steering fluid on my rrc

as per title, its pishing out. now excuse my lack of technical words here but its coming from the power steering box thingmejigger. it's coming from a rubber seal thingmejigger where the shaft from the steering wheel goes into said power steering box or whatever the feck it's called. can this seal be replaced or do i need a complete unit? cheers fellas.

from memory. one of those jobs, im afraid, that requires a recon unit.
general consensus is that its not really a diy job. needs setting up etc...
