Leaking pipes

Range rover sport 2010 l320 3.0d leaking pipes in drivers wing lower area, seems to be just under a connecting point, can anyone tell me what these pipes are, appears to be oil, are they easy to replace?

Been researching there ACE pipes, there about £500 but need to lift body to get them in and seemingly box can endup leaking as it corrodes, few other options could cut and join or get a whole kit of rubber hydrolic lines and modified box for same price, can feed pipes through easy.
