Have a Def 110 with a 2.5NA and there was diesel leaks on all the injectors. Got genuine steel small washers and the copper banjo washers and replaced all of them & still the injectors (new) are leaking. Get a lot of diesel smell in the engine bay.

Any idea's on how to stop this leakage.?

look at the faces of components, you only need a small scuff on the steel part to cause problems. A very fine jewelers file and 600-1200 grit wet and dry to finish off.

Otherwise are the washers a good fit?

I had leaky fuel return rail washers, and changed them all to copper ones (as recommended by a specialist land rover garage nearby). I couldn't get one of the bolts out of the return rail, so I still have a bit of a leak on one of them. Is it leaking from the fuel return rail, or from below the injectors?

fanatic, you might want to changed your sig to 'www.britpart.co.uk' :)

Just saw diesel dripping from the big nut with a pipe in the centre from one of the injectors and tightened them all and now there aint any leaks from the fuel delivery pipes but still leaking from where the injectors sit into the head, especially from the two bolts on either side of each injector. Are there any washers for them?
