Has anyone come across leaks to all 4 top solenoids at wiring, valve block for P38 has been refurbished

O rings not seated correctly or the wrong type perhaps.

thanks for the message Datatek, when removing all 4 covers to the solenoids and spraying there are no bubbles coming from any of the solenoids, but when the covers are re-seated once again there are bubbles coming from all 4 wires.

The wiring itself has no air in it !! The valves must be leaking somewhere.
If the leak is around the plunger stem it will be the small o-ring between the stem & valve body. If it's from under the body, then it's one or both of the two rings underneath.
Unlikely, but when screwing the solenoid down you could be dislodging the valve body & creating a leak.

Take care screwing the valves down as if to tight you can distort the valves making them harder to seal

thanks for these suggestions, there are no leaks from either the plunger stems or the valve body when the caps have been removed, only when the cap refitted there is bubbles coming from all 4 wires, most odd as pwood999 says the wires dont have any air in them, any more suggestions, could it be electrical current causing the bubbles?

If the insulation is broken, when voltage is applied it could cause bubbles
