leak from pollen filter

everytime it rains hard i get dripping from pollen filter under aircon box in passenger footwell , been into dealer X2 now but still leaking any ideas ?????

Isn't the outlet drainpipe of the aircobox blocked which makes the condense water gets into the car. On the later FL's the aircon started to run automatically under certain circumstances, maybe hard raining and thus creating a lot of condense is such a circumstance ? Did you try to get this dripping on a dry day with the aircon on to the maximum ??

You sure its not heater matrix..normal culprit for damp in passenger footwell...

Are you loosing coolant??? Assuming you have anti freeze in system have a feel round carpet and pipework see if is smells or has coolant (normally red ) colour.
