Leak back

Hive just installed a new fuel tank on my 90 diesel since doing so when left over night it's a pig to start in mornings like fuel is leaking back through any ideas what it could be ? I've checked connections and pipes on injectors

Check the joint and gasket on the fuel return connection to the tank, also check you haven't kinked any of the pipes where you changed the tank, might have caused a very small split letting air back in.

If you have any rubber hoses replace them, if you have nylon hoses did you remove them form the barbed fitting ie cut them off?

Check the little leak off pipes that link the injectors, it was those on mine

If it was working ok before you removed the tank you need to double check everything you disturbed to do the tank change.
