Larger or Additional intercooler 300 Tdi

Anyone running a larger intercooler or additional intercooler on a Dsico 200 / 300 tdi...? I here this is the best way to get more power !

Allisport do one I think, not sure though.

There are many more ways of getting more power, none are quite as easy as just sticking a bigger intercooler in though.

Any tips ? I've already blanked the EGR valve and fitted a straight through pipe from front to back box..

Check your valve clearneces, these make a massive difference in the running of the 300tdi, even though it may seem to run fine if they are slightly out you'd be surprised how much better it pulls when you adjust them.

If you are 100% commited to more power then there are injection pump and turbo tweaks which can be done to get a decent amount of extra power out of it. Be prepared to suffer bad fuel consumption though. Carefull with performance air filters though, mate of mine uses a K&N and more crap gets into the intake than gets stopped by the filter!

Do a search for 300tdi turbo/pump tweaks and you should come up with some usefull info.
