Hi guys.

Been greenlaning for the last few months around kent/ East Sussex, mainly Sevenoaks area.

Been looking for some reasonably tough lanes,

We have found 1 in Crowborough which was challenging & currently upto Lenham on the Northdowns byway.

Just wondering if anyone does no of any greenlanes that are worth a visit.

Would be happy to jump along a trip if anyone is doing on. :)

Thanks
Chris

What are you in? There's one in five oak green which is quite interesting, definitely walk it before you drive it though.
It's tight as a nun's chuff, I managed quite a bit of bodywork damage to my old 90 when I tried it a couple of years back.

Of course the obligatory message, if you want something challenging then go to a pay and play site, not greenlaning.

I'm in a disco 1, 2" lift, Bfg muds, all the under protection, dislocation cones, winch bumpers etc. I normally am out with another disco 1 & a l200. I am going to go to mud monsters hopefully next month.

The damage bit I'm not to bothered about (too much) it's only a toy for off roading but I will have a look at that 5oak green.

I've done a lot of normal lanes about pretty much all the ones around Sevenoaks & tonbridge that I can find & a hand full over crowborough.

Depends if it has grown or been cut back I guess. I needed a winch to get down there after I misjudged how soft it was, and stupidly went laning on my own. No rear winch so I had to keep going forwards.

Ah cool I shall have a look down there with the others soon. If anyone is out an about I'm happy to meet up an go down some lanes

Im in Orpington and going to Salisbury Plains early in June if you want to tag along. There are a few easy lanes round Eynsford through to vigo village I know of. Just steer clear of holly hill unless you have a permit.

I have a permit for holly hill however they have resurfaced it all so it's like driving on a road. I live just by eynsford but yes maybe interested in coming to Salisbury plains with you guys in June

Did the one through Oldbury wood on Sunday, fairly slippery and theres a nasty steep bit, need a detailed map to avoid taking a wrong turn as the byway is not very well marked. Most of the others in that area are average, unless theres been heavy rain for a while.
