lanes up and around west midlands area.

just wondering what lanes people know of and are abit muddy

and with this tinkers lane. obviously people say it closed ect.
and there a road closed sign on a plastic on barrier.
but a lot people have told me its the house at the top as she puts the signs there herself. as she hates the 'green laners' making noise and coming up at stupid hours ect.

just wondering as surely if council actually closed it themselves surely they would of blocked the path propery with stumps or gating or somethink.
just was abit weird as plastic barriers aint reall going to do much as the wind keeps blowing them over lol
