Went yesterday to collect my first ever Land Rover!!
A lovely Freelander TD4, 3 Door Hardback Sport Premium, on an 05 plate with 78k miles on the clock for £3.5K. Pic attached ;-)
My last five cars have all been Saabs 900, 93 and 95 HOT 2.3 TT's with 200 BHP ;-) ;-) ;-)
Tis said you either loved them or hated them.
Arn't Landy's a bit similar? I'v called em Chelsea Tractors before ;-)
I loved them. Its a shame that such a quality car manufacturer had to go bust.
I hope to now start a new love affair with the Land Rover Freelander, wish me well folks.
Its a 12 year old car, I got some things to do, It will get the required TLC, but from reading some of the threads here already it seems I may have got away lightly, as only steering the wheel audio controls don't work at all and the rear speakers fart more than Mel Brookes and his cow boys.
I have already found the info i required to replace / investigate the above issues from threads here, great site Admins and thanks for letting me in.
