Hi, Does anyone know if there are any landrover shows in scotland?? I have had a look online but I can't seem to find anything. I wouldn't trust my 110 to make it to England and back:( so something nearer home would be great.

Thanks

There was one last year - I think it was officially the smallest Landy show in the world featuring 4 land rovers, with no landy stalls or autojumble. There was however a band, some archery a motorbike display and some home produce stands. TOM BOLA on this forum organised it and he was talking about a bigger (or indeed smaller, or for that matter none at all) one just today.

I go to the one at Driffield in Yorkshire - I think that's the nearest decent Landy show to here. There's a vintage rover rally in Greenock every year but I've never been and theres a regular military and 4x4 sale / show in Lanark - again I've never been. Not much help there really!

You come all the way from Scottishland to the Driffield show! You must be desparate, I was disappointed in it and it's only 20 miles away. And don't tell anyone but I got in for free as well.

Just looked on multimap and it is bloody long way from me. When is the eastnor show as I think we are going visiting the in laws near bristol. I may have to make sure it coincides with the show. Also is it actually wrth a visit?

Eastnor is a good bit closer to Bristol than it is to Aberdeen. I will be staying in Weston-Super-Mare and Midsomer Norton.
56 miles for me, 9 miles further on the motorway. I like to take me time, stop start when ever you want. Drove all the way up to Wick on the old road, took me 23hrs. Great drive. they still fighting one another in M N?

Are who still fighting in M N??? Yeah I bought my 110 from Bath and drove it back up. It was nice drive but since then I have had nothing but trouble so I really wouldn't trust it to make it all the way down without assistance from the AA. I would love to bring her down and do some greenlaning but I think I will need to do a bit more work on her first.

Going back a long time, few of the locals from rivals pubs didn't get on some times, Frome were'nt far away. Good look with ya landy.
