Land Rover mechanic wanted in the south Essex (ish) area

Hi All

My friend is looking for an alternative to Land Rover main dealer for servicing his Freelander. Does anyone know or recommened a Land Rover mechanic, or mechanic that works on Land Rovers, in the south Essex area?

i see your in basildon
there is a guy in progress road industrial estate, just off the a127 going into southend. he does all land rovers, i beleive his company is called dls landrover. try him, he's quite good.

If not, my m8 is a mekky on Canvey. Runs a Rage Rover off-roader and looks after my Disco (the bits that need a lift to do). Top Bloke. I'll be stuffed if I can recall his phone number though!

Hi All

Well the Land Rover place in progress road is no longer there and Fortune 4x4 in Laindon have gone as well!

So, Sheddy if you bump into your mate would you ask him if he works on freelanders as I ned the cambelt changing soon on my 2.0 L series diesel Freelander please? Or let me know his number andi'll ring him.
