odd question but why would you need one if you got legs?

i just stumbled across one on E-bay and dont see why id need one so asked myself the question "who does"? to which i replied "i dunno"...

its for if you got a pto but some ppl use em to build the revs up to get the engine warm on a cold mornin

only if you want to be fighting the engine if you need to brake in a hurry.. and dunt gee none of that i'd take it off before i braked ****.

Military Rovers have 'em. They can be used to keep the revs high enough to get the alternator charging while using radios when parked.
