Land rover field mower

Any one know where i can get a mower which i can either tow behind my little tractor or my disco to cut my 6 acre field? The grass is getting so high that if i dont sort it now when the horses arrive we wont be able to see them! Using the sit on mower doesn't sound like fun!

Does your tractor have a PTO shaft? If not sell it and get one with PTO. Then get a PTO driven topper for your tractor if its really bad you might need a flail mower... or get some sheep, they do a good job...

I doubt you would get anything to tow behind a LR with anywhere near enough power needed to cut an overgorwn field.

Do you have any local farmers who would be willing to take there tractor round the field for you?
