Land Rover Defender 90 Heater

I just snapped the heater cable that operates the flap for hot air (on top of heater box) where is the best place to buy a new cable. I think I will replace all 3 while I am at it. Is it a difficult operation to change?
Any advice please.

It's a right bastard of a job if yours is like mine...

If it's like that, VERY complicated, i ended up having to essentially re-build the box out of stainless. Even then, the flaps don't seem to close properly...
