does it not say how to use it? Id suspect its with the rear wipe sitch/stalk.Or are you saying the motor is working and nothing is coming out?

it a common problem, the non return valve gets clogged or the jet itself. easy little problem to sort out though, whip the top panel of the tailgate to gain access to check the valve a water flow before it.
