Hello peoples

Not been on here for ages due to one thing or another...... But now I'm back and I'm straight in with an urgent "can anyone help"topic..

A friend of mine has 2005 TD6, he's leaving for Italy on Saturday and he is in urgent need of a shift motor. Can anyone help? He's based just near Bluewater in Essex but he's willing and happy to travel.
Many thanks in advance
Tony

Hi/low shift motor?
Is it stuck in low by any chance??

High low motor failure usually ends in select netural pinging up all the time,
You need codes read before guessing at a failsafe message,
You could be as lucky as a solonid in the box needing replaced so it wont select the desired gear or a loss of power too the ecu causing a gear malfunction to getting the horrors of pressure problems or incorrect gear ratios,
