Hey guys i recently finally got JLR SDD to work with my Mangoose cable and so i am hoping you guys can help me with some of the fault codes. My car is a 2007 Vogue SE 3.6 TDV8 and it has the 2010 light upgrade front and back.

U1A39-87 (EML ON) FLM Communication malfunction of right actuator
U1A38-87 FLM Communication malfunction of left actuator

I get vibration from the engine when its cold and warm, revving the engine often helps a bit and its not there all the time. This is the codes relating to engine performance.

P1335-21 PCM Exhaust gas recirculation position sensor minimum stop performance
P0405-21 PCM Exhaust gas recirculation sensor A - circuit low
P02B0-00 PCM Cylinder 6 balance - injector restricted

Remote driver utility module
B1A00-46 (EML ON) RDUM Control module

You could get the injectors checked,
Sounds like and egr valve not closing properly and the sensor isn't reporting the position properly.
If you can getive data on the egr valves you can compare their performance. Depending on the software, you get the ecus commanded position and the actual position. A small difference in percentage is acceptable but a low actual percentage compared to the commended percentage with eventually throw an eml warning. ;)
Running rough can also point to an open egr valve.
If the valve is capped up with coke the gears and sensor will nondoubt be ruined aswell :)

Thanks for the reply mate and sorry for the late reply.

Regarding the injectors i will see if i can get that 1 injector removed and tested at some point.

I am new to JLR SDD so i will need to find out if it does live data on the likes of the EGR, i did this kind of thing with my last BMW but i think its worth check the cleanliness of the EGR first. I will look at the EGR problem first and if it does not help with the rough running i will get the injector looked at. ;)

Have all the injectors tested. Normally once an EGR valve starts to fault it is generally swapped as the valve jams it'll wear on the gears (normally plastic) and then the position sensor can default as well.
If after ten years of operation it's normally done its time ;)

Ok thanks again for the good advice. The JLP SDD software does live data so i take a look at the egr valves position like you suggested. ;)
